i tried it yesterday and really enjoyed it! i genuinely felt like i was eating pizza. i'm just happy for another easy takeout item, especially one like this that adds variety. the crust is only 6g net carbs for the entire pizza.

Blaze Pizza is the first national chain to introduce an official keto-diet-approved pizza crust with only 6 net grams of carbs per crust – and we had to try The other Keto option had even less carbs and used cauliflower flour. Amazing. The place had various kinds of sauces, most Keto friendly. Sauces included regular tomato, spicy tomato, pesto, white, etc.. The topping choices were what you would expect in a pizza place, and did not disappoint. Blaze Keto Pizza would fall into the Dirty Keto category. Not a lot of healthy fats or vegetables and with 3 slices containing over 40 grams of protein it could throw your keto macro-nutrient ratio out of whack. But what I always say is a hot dog is still better than a honey bun. Blaze pizza released their NEW KETO pizza and cauliflower crust just yesterday. It's a $4 up charge, but well worth it! To me it tasted like regular dough. For those who are not familiar with Blaze pizza, it's a place where you build your very own personal pizza with any toppings you'd like. There are so many different toppings to choose from (unlimited toppings allowed on your pizza), different crust options (keto, cauliflower, gluten free, regular). Price is reasonable ($15 for build your own) & has about 6 slices. Staff is friendly! This location is inside vaughan Mills.
